BREAKING: Supreme Court Orders US to Facilitate Return of Alleged El Salvadoran MS-13 Gang Member Kilmar Abrego Garcia | The Gat...
In a landmark decision, the Supreme Court has mandated the United States to expedite the return of alleged MS-13 gang member Kilmar Garcia, marking a significant moment in immigration and legal proceedings.
Tell the SC they can fly there and get him themselves. Or just to fuck off.
So what does it mean is it in or out of the US?
Sounds like a cluster to me.
It's all really simple.
When the President is acting as Commander in Chief, there is no due process.
If he was acting as chief executive, then maybe there is due process.
It's a slippery slope.
Is the SCOTUS next going to say that any terrorists targeted for drone strikes must first be flown to the US for a due process hearing before being sent back for said drone strike on them?
Yes and he should have been executed not deportedβ¦
Ask the Supreme Court if we need to invade,to get him back, and how many hundreds of people should die,to get him back....
Is their an upper limit?
Imagine, a US citizen commits violent crimes then goes to another Country illegally.. That country finds them and deports them back to the US then suddenly the US is told that they need to send the person BACK to that other country .. "Wierd, wIERd, wierd"
The administration should just tell El Salvador then need his body back, and see if they can take the hint.
If the guy was a U.S. citizen, then perhaps there should be some kind of outrage, but to see Democrats so upset over this is unbelievable! They would rather have a million vicious, illegal immigrant, criminals kept in the country in exchange for preventing ONE, possibly innocent, illegal immigrant, from being deported!
