I saw Demolition Man when it came out. I thought it was great, but none of it was surprising to me. On the contrary, I thought it meshed with social trends I was already experiencing in various media (other movies, songs, sci-fi books, MTV, etc.). Demolition Man used what was already there and took it to the inevitable conclusion.
I suggest that is what always happens in "cultural changes". First the seeds are planted, then those seeds grow, first in fiction, and then in fact.
That's how predictive programming works, by degrees. It is the primary tool of social engineering in practice.
I suggest this type of social engineering has been going on for a long time.
Great movie, too much bad language. I also wondered what the rest of the country was doing during the time period in the movie. Was it just the San-Angeles (San Diego to L.A.) area that went nuts? Because that's actually believable.
Good movie.
I used to have the police station keyboard and monitor movie prop ... 3 of them 1 was full size and 2 close-up half ones the bullock typed on but gave them away in 2003.
If I thought it would change anything I would spend all night and day compiling a list for you. Been rug pulled so many times I don't see the point anymore.
I just watched this 3 days ago. Great movie.
Suddenly I have an urge to go to Taco Bell.
Is that the one with Sandra Bullock in it?
Yes. I think it was her break-in role.
Yes
Handsome bloke, isn't he?

I reference it way too much

Tbh, the year this movie was set in, California wasn't that far off, except for the rampant homelessness l. Everything else was near spot on
Ah, but the homelessness was hidden underground where eating fast food meant a rat burger.
Maybe thats where they were crammed when Xi came to visit

I LOVE that movie!!!!
1 of 1000's of movies that do this.
Not a rebuttal or anything, but name some! I'm sure there are a lot of good red pill movies I've missed.
