However, this is not unprecedented. Well - it is, but there was a prank several years back that was similar. It was using the old crystal ball trophy. Vince Young pranked students at the UT co-op store. He had several fake crystal trophies made and did a sit-down for students at the co-op. He had people take pictures with him, and he would get a guy dressed in a black suit with white gloves to bring out "the championship trophy" for the student to hold in the picture. Before the student had a good grip the man dropped the trophy - shattering it. Their faces were hilarious.
