As in their usual cell, there's no bed, no pillow or blanket. Under Salvadoran law a prisoner can be kept in the hole for up to 15 days.
You are correct that the security is unbelievably tight. Lights on 24/7, armed guards standing outside and atop every cell. You have nothing to do and constant live surveillance while you don't do it.

Yes , I heard him say that when he was with President Trump . , I loved when President Trump said they are sick people referring to the media , what I’m confused about is the visit was outside of Prison . This is beyond the break of protocol . Visits by politicians media etc once granted r done inside prison in a special room . I will be surprised but excited to hear that the dude was brought back to prison .

He will die in that prison but not of being murdered. He is MS-13, so he will never be released into his country to roam free. He will never again know the light of day, any visitors, or any contact whatsoever with his "MARYLAND FAMILY"!!

From there, simply putting a prisoner into Solitary would Not be a Punishment, an would seemingly Encourage others to Murder their Enemies within....
