First, thanks to all the frens with advice and prayers!! I am grateful!
I am linking an article I found. It is not my exact program, which includes keto diet and fenben as part of the cancer protocol my integrative doc tailored for me. It also includes high dose Vit C, lipoic acid, and ozone IVs, and HBOT. I do a treatment week every third week. The other two weeks is keto diet and a bunch of supplements even a horse couldn't swallow.
I started the Keto diet on 20 Jan. and treatments the following week. It was not long before some noticeable improvement in my breathing. After three treatment cycles, less than three months, my read of the radiologists latest PET scan report is that the nodule has reduced to sub-centimeter size.
I have also used some concepts from German New Medicine to help me. Unresolved conflicts are stressors and keep the body out of the healing phase. It is necessary to resolve those conflicts. I have been figuring ways to short-circuit those conflicts which I don't have to power to actually resolve (because they involve other people who won't change). I am feeling better. I will continue the treatments for a complete wipe-out of the nodule. ; )
Note: the treatments are out-of-pocket and expensive. Keto diet and fenben are not.

Can you describe how you're following the keto diet? How many carbs do you eat per day, and what foods do you normally include every day? I am very happy for you that this is all working so well. Prayers for continued healing.
I try to not eat any carbs or sugars, but even the supplements have some!
I don't actually count them, but I would say prob less than 20 per day?
High fat meats are good: bacon! Prime Rib (but I only had that once). Had some tasty fatty pork chops. It does get hard to figure out what to eat . . . spouse anon helps me.
Cheeses. Can't find any yoghurt except plain with few enough carbs.
No bananas or fruits. Only low carb veggies like broccoli, asparagus, avocado, some greens. No potatoes, corn, peas, carrots, beans or lentils etc.
I was going nuts with no bread or crackers to eat with cheeses etc.! Keto crackers were not doing it. So we found some keto bread, 2 net carbs per slice. That helps a lot!
Found some protein bars (IQ on amazon) with few enough carbs. The chocolate salt one I eat in small bites and savor. That has helped a lot! I love chocolate, and this is satisfying.
I am not overweight, so I used to be able to enjoy all those comfort foods!
So good luck! It is hard to plan meals and get enough to eat.
Try substituting pork skins for crackers with your cheese..
HA spouseanon bought porkskin crumbles to substitute for breading for fish, chicken, etc.!

Another guy below mentioned fasting. I've seen a lot of you tube doc's recommending that as well. Puts your body in a state to start breaking down unhealthy/diseased cells for food. I think it they called it Augophagy.
Autophagy. Starts about 16 hours into a fast. Last month I fasted for 60 hours. The first 59 are the hardest. Only water, with a few electrolytes (o carbs, no sugar). Lost 8 pounds. Now I am fasting 18-20 hours a day, eating in a 4-6 hour window. Losing about a pound a day. And yes, there are some very good YouTube vids that will get you started.
keep going! i burned off over 50 pounds. I recommend Dr Boz youtube channel, she's quite good. when you start out hold to less than 20 total carbs per day. when you hit rock bottom weight, you switch to about 30 net carbs a day and you'll easily maintain your weight. hold your eating window to about a 6 hour segment in the morning, you hit autophagy pretty much every day. also, do some exercises about every other day in the evening, it'll trigger your mitochondria and push you into ketogenesis through the night. get some c8-c10 only mct and if you feel sorta out of it in the evening, take a tsp. in about 10 minutes you'll feel energized and good again. also if you feel sorta out of it in the morning, take 1 tsp to jump start.

Yeah that is the body eating up the cancer cells to use for other purposes.
