Well habeas corpus was suspended for J6 prisoners so it's not like there's no precedent.
Lincoln suspended it for the entire civil war afaik

I'm ready. The Federal Courts have proven to be corrupt and biased.

Our federal government doesn't have legitimate authority to do such a thing. That would mean government is sovereign to the People, and not the other way around.
