That's REALLY bad. Mississippi and Louisiana historically have among the lowest test scores in the nation for reading and math.
If both Mississippi and Louisiana surpassed California for test scores... that puts Cali at the very bottom.
This isn’t possible…. There are no blue states.

We know this but MSM still lies about it to those that read/listen to them. Nevertheless, this is awesome for showing even sheeple that they need to change their focus on education.

The difference between red and blue is about their decision making. Good governance can be objectively defined in the 21st century. Those states chasing 19th century socialist objectives will eventually wind up living in the 19th century
