Well, it would be an easy matter to nullify any autopenned EOs, by EO.
Any presidential EO is like that.

Seriously! Literally every EO is null and void the instant another President issues a new EO saying its null and void. Its not like the President needs permission to undo Presidential things the President already did. EOs are EOs. One President's is the same as the next and they can erase each others.
Also, the only reason marijuana is schedule 1 is because a President wanted it to be so. Any president can instantly reschedule marijuana at any moment. Some have talked about it, but none have done it... which helps see who is pandering.
Unless some federal judge seps in and says the EO undoing the previous EO is not legal.

Judges have been informed such oversteps are illegal, and they are finding out the consequences of being unconstitutional.
From a purely legal perspective, a judge saying something like that automatically nullifies the original EO anyway - as saying a later one has no authority is also saying the earlier one had no authority either. Trump was correct to ignore the criminal judges trying this - there is absolutely no legal writing they can point at giving them the authority to micromanage Executive Branch functions... and in fact it goes the other way legally. Anything Executive Branch does, per EPA V W.VA scotus decision, has to be explicitly written in law... so if a judge gets uppity the simplest answer is always "where does it say that in Congressionally written and passed law?" Either the law is written and President has the authority, or its an overstep like EPA and the original EO is null and void because law doesn't allow it.
I think the only well reasoned overrule of EOs this year was a judge that ruled already processed contracts had to be paid. President can still cancel future or current contracts, but that one was over existing past contracts not being paid which at least was on stable legal grounds. The various attempts to simply stop the Executive Branch from doing normal Executive Branch stuff has been legally ignorant to the point of malicious. No judge in existence is actually so stupid they actually think Judicial can control Executive as its literally defined at a toddler level in the Constitution as the basis of law in the US.
Yet these judges still issue orders saying the new EO is invalid and everything in the original EO remains in place.
It's sheer lunacy to think something enacted by EO can't be removed with another EO.
All these judges blocking Trump's exercise of his Constitutional power need to be disbarred and jailed.
The lunacy all stems from a functional act of insurrection on the part of criminal judges. They know their only legal function is as Judicial branch interpretation, and that Executive Branch function is literally just managing Executive Branch.
However, a few judges appear to be compromised by their epstein island video so thoroughly they are willing to discard their careers and likely freedom on behalf of those who are upset that the President is commander in chief of the executive branch and doing his actual job. They aren't coming up with believable stories to excuse their insurrection attempts because there simply aren't any believable stories they could fabricate to explain how only their personally approved EOs are legal, and that unwritten random Judicial Branch underlings are actually the Commander In Chief of the Executive+Judicial combination branch with more authority than any law or Constitution has ever put in writing.
With all that you said, you have to wonder how much dirt there is on Roberts because the SCOTUS has virtually ignored all of this judicial overreach from the lower courts.
Its all so cut and dry unconstitutional the lack of response makes their compromat stand out doesn't it?
