Protestantism is a bunch of people having a rock concert for worship lmao. Nothing gayer than that literally. The only churches I see flying the rainbow flag are Protestant ones.
I grew up Protestant and it’s funny you say read your Bible. I have, who do you think gave you the Bible? Apostolic Churches are the way.
It’s not either/or. They both have their flaws, and I’ve run into woke stuff in Catholic churches. No organization is a monolith.
Search the scripture and test things for truth yourself, under guidance of the Holy Spirit, then congregate with others who worship corporately in the way you find appropriate.

Non-institutionalized local assemblies of believers in the Lord Jesus Christ are the way.
Okay? And what has that lead to? There is a reason Martin Luther had regrets. You could make the argument that the consequences of the reformation are some of the most devastating things to happen to Western Civilization.
While Martin Luther and Jan Hus had good points it lead to heresy, degeneracy and the rise of progressivism.
The West as we know it would never have existed without the FREEDOM OF CONSCIENCE brought about by the Reformation and the throwing off of the 'God-Emperor' papacy.
