OK, this revolving drama requires some experiments:
you could try, to start at the beginning - i.e. beef, tallow, salt and water for three weeks (are symptoms gone? Getting better, maybe six weeks), At first you might try a steak a couple times a day, or if feeling really poorly, a 'beef tea' (One pound ground beef - One pint water - salt to taste. Boil slowly, and skim the scum off. Drink the broth. My teenage, forever gaming, not ime to eat, son still loves to do just meatballs boiled in salt water. Maybe eat the meat if hungry.) <trust me, I've seen Doctor's scripts from Victorian times (pre rothchild medicine) recommending this.
and then add anything (food or otherwise) in, ONE at a time - I suggest starting with Whey protein smoothies - because in the Middle ages infirmeries had this as a documented recovery medicine/food.
If you break out or experience any symptoms, that's the one food to avoid. Three days later, try another item. If it feels good, it can become a 'thing' - oh joy. I can do butcher-made sausage (gluten free) and gluten-free shop-bought bread now - with saurkraut, even. Major accomplishment. Krautdogs.
or: You could cut out one item at a time, and see if the symptoms go away. This method seems easier, but is harder to control, because sometimes the symptoms take longer than one day to go away. My ruematism (I rue it) from wheat takes at least 72 hours to clear (I can hardly get up, then). However, this method only works, by starting at the most major known allergens, such as wheat, chocolate, oranges, peanuts or legumes entirely, potato/tomato family, pepper family, etc (Do your research - there are plenty of top-ten lists). And of course anything that has a pharmacuetical effect, like any herbs and supplements you are taking. <Trust me, that second process took me nearly two decades, and I eliminated things untill I was down to the first example, plus white rice, lettuce and cabbage, only. It was easy to give up those last three and let my body recover from the abuse. And, I will forever thank Mikhaila Peterson.
BTW, although there is a lot of scare-mongering re:parasites - to counter this: meat (especially beef) is surprisingly low on that parasite Richter-scale. Pork and Chicken -check source don't get the cheap shit, and add in later - see if you like it). If your skin is worried about minced beef (it happens) it's because it has been exposed to air too long - buy bigger pieces of meat.
With enough good animal fat (make a point of buying some) in the mix, this diet will aid in the elimination of parasites nicely.
TMI, but one's poos get narrow, and soft and long, and it eliminates the booboo bacteria and things.
BTW. I notice you are taking senna - that can be a rash-causing hyper-ventilating major allergen, just saying. On the other hand, constipation can cause all sorts of issues, including rashes, hard to breathe, extreme nausea, etc.
The softest way to dislodge that sh*t is to take a pinch of epsom salts, and a pinch of salt, in a glass of luke-warm water, take it in the morning, first thing. But also: think about what is causing that impaction re: food you are eating: sugar can be an issue (or it can cause the opposite, depends; or bran can also be a problem (unlike what we were told all those years) - it swells up and 'scrapes' your insides something wicked - it can even contribute to other issues.
Apple sauce is good for loosening up things gently, just saying LOL, as is Ivermectin.
