It’s a legal term! A “green card” is also called a “resident alien card”. legal aliens are also called aliens in America cause they’re not from here. If you’re butthurt over the word “illegal” then you can get the fuck out too.
I just wish these fines would be paid by the school administrator that suspended the kid, rather than it being paid by taxpayers. This crap will stop faster if the offending administrator/teacher has to personally pay the fines.
When you think things can't get anymore ridiculous - a leftist shows us that it can. I hadn't heard of this case 3 years ago but oh my goodness - what a sad state of affairs if a student can't ask a teacher a question for clarification w/o such a hullabaloo happening and ending up in court!! What are teachers, principles and school administrators for if they can't explain things, in house, to the understanding of all involved. This says to me that some parents are pushing 'be offended at anything and everything in this world' in their homes. Offense is a sin. It is part of pride and ego. When I learned this, I started letting go of my ego. I don't have to be right, but I want to be humble and I wish to always please God.

Or better yet, they pay for the legal fees.
The taxpayers shouldn't have to pay for it. The teachers/admin need to be responsible. If they have to pay, then that alone will be a huge deterrent.
