I'll start by clarifying since I know if I don't I'll get the typical comments calling me a doomer or whatever. I'm not doing that. I'm just legitimately confused on this one.
What's the deal here? We ALL know there's video of "elites" molesting children. And now he's claiming there's no on Rogan? I will admit the verbiage he used was bizarre and he seemed REALLY twitchy during that part of the show. But it's just so bizarre to more or less claim there's nothing.
I don't particularly like Bondi either, but she's outright stated there's tens of thousands of hours of epstein footage from his ranch, island and other properties of child porn and blackmail videos of his clients. And since she's taken over the DOJ, there's been tens of housands of new sealed indictments added to the pile. I remember a while back someone pointed out there was one day where it increased by like 7500 in a single day.
So OBVIOUSLY, there's SOMETHING, going on with all this stuff. The logical thing for Kash to say would have just been to say "I can't say anything on the topic". But he chose this weird passive aggressive sort of denial thing instead. Which is what's mainly confusing me.
I can't believe the man has been flipped or anything of the like since he hates the cabal with a passion ever since the kenyan imprisoned him, so the only thing I can come up with is that he's trying to intentional throw people who're in the videos off by misleading them, but that just seems like a weak excuse to me.

I listened to the entire show too. I found Kash to be as open as he can be given his position. He was careful to say I am not releasing anything that would revictimize the abused. So, that ends that debate for the people sitting around thinking he's going to ever release, essentially, child porn-blackmail-tapes. It is not going to happen and for good reason.
The conversation Joe and Kash held on the topic of Epstein can be broken down into two categories; they discussed what was found regarding the suicide and they separately discussed what was found on the Island and in the NY State's case against Epstein.
When it comes to the suicide he can only look at evidence gathered from 6-7 years ago by the original investigators. If there was ever some sort of proof that he was murdered, it is not in those files and videos now. And also, I have to concur with Kash on how impossible it is to get into and out of, and even from point A to point B within those facilities. Every hallway entrance and exit points have to be buzzed to unlock the doors from a control desk, it is not automated, a human on either side of those doors has to buzz the door lock. So, even if the tape of his cell was deleted, the tapes of the hallways and the rest of the facility were preserved, and no one was buzzed in or out of even the hallways that lead to Epstein's cell. There was no video of anyone coming or going. Also, Epstein had tried to kill himself a few weeks earlier.
In essence, we have the luxury of forming our opinions on rumors, hearsay and suspicion alone, completely devoid of any actual facts, whatsoever. Kash Patel has to actually factually back up his investigations or the Department of Justice cannot prosecute the case. There is a world of difference between what you suspect and what you can prove.
Edit: A perfect example of the above is that I highly suspect Epstein never died, he was nabbed and is in a black site somewhere, ready to show up at trial to help convict the elite super-pedos. As comforting as that is to believe, I have zero evidence, just suspicion that it may be possible if done at the highest levels of Government.
Fair point on the suicide, I honestly can't be bothered whether he's alive or dead, BUT that still doesn't address the point I and many others are making about how it's complete and utter bull crap that they don't have video of " XYZ" happening as Kash put it. We all know they have video evidence of pedophile "elite" molesting children. That's the entire point of all this. EVERYTHING comes back to that.
Not to mention it directly runs counter to what Bondi has been saying and the evidence that SOMETHING is coming of all this due to the massive increase in sealed indictments since Kash and Bondi took over. Honestly, I don't think many people care if he's alive or not. It would be "nice" if he was and could point the finger at all his buddies before getting offed himself, but I also won't lose any sleep if he's dead.
What people are confused and upset over, is him saying there's not any evidence of elite pedophiles molesting children that we KNOW for a FACT exists. Especially when his closest colleague (as far as the justice department goes) is saying the exact opposite and is saying the reason it's taking so long is that they're having to ensure all the victims privacy and safety is ensured (IE having to censor tens of thousands of hours of rape footage to prevent victim identities from leaking)
I addressed that and so did Kash, he is not ever releasing child-porn-blackmail-videos. You want blocked out CP to be release with audio? That is a crime blocked out or not. Not to mention the agony a victim would go through having to know millions of people are watching them be brutalized on the internet, over and over. Are you out of your mind? How could you even expect those tapes to be released into the wild, edited or not?
Kash addressed it by saying I'm never releasing that evidence. That evidence is being used to compile cases against the perpetrators of those crimes. Putting together the evidence that will bring a slam dunk conviction can take years.
You may have a face only, you run it through facial recognition software, now you have a name but then you have to prove that person's whereabouts. Can the person of interest prove they were somewhere else when the crime took place? It's called investigation, not assumption based on suspicion.
I watch these true crime shows and sometimes a murder case takes 7 years to get to trial because even the investigators are 99% certain they know who did it, they can't prove it. They will release that person but then have them surveilled and years later they finally get a break. Now they can prove in a court of law.
You want Kash to release evidence of crimes against children while the perps are still being investigated. Not only is it criminal to do so, but would be absurd to do that.

Also, the footage is often censored for court use in case of minors. THAT is why it's being censored, not for release to the public. You can't just say "this tape contains rape" and not show it in court. It has to be shown, and in the case of minors is usually censored to protect their identities. Literally no one called for public release of rape and CP videos.
Honestly now that you mentioned it, it's kind of weird how Kash said (as shown in time stamps in my other comment, 56 minutes and seventeen seconds) he would SHOW us island video if it existed (which he's claiming doesn't exist), because I'm pretty sure that's not only illegal, but like you pointed out, morally disgusting.

One, Kash never said there is no evidence of elite pedophiles and if you say I am wrong please provide the exact minute and second mark that he claimed that in those words.

The way he's talking and what he's inferring, it would seem he's trying to infer it was all older women and not children. The Not what you want" comment, which is direct quote at 56 minutes and 57 seconds, is obviously referring to the elite pedophilia.
As for your second rebuttal, I have no idea what you're referring to there. Evidence of what? Elite pedophilia? Of course I don't have any evidence of that, none of us have LITERAL evidence of it. Ok, thank you for proving my point. He did not say there were no videos of abuse. Yet, you claimed he did. He addressed that when he said I'm not releasing videos of abuse. Then he was asked if there were any videos from the Island itself. To which he said no, not what you're talking about.
All the videos the FBI received that you are talking about came from the ranch and he was not asked about that at all.
And just to refresh your memory, until the public was made aware of the ranch videos, the only "proof we had of evil going on at Epstein Island came from Q, which was a repost of a screen shot showing like 9 monitors and in one of them showed children in a dark room sitting on 5-gallon buckets, which was claimed by the 4-chan poster to be the security room monitors on Little St. James Island. The other stuff we've learned came from the Florida trial and the flight logs.
So, we really have little actual evidence. If Alex Jones had not claimed that thousands of FBI were given 100 terabytes of video to review and investigate, we would not know a damn thing about the contents of what was found at Epstein's ranch.
I love how you keep ignoring the blatant point everyone its upset and confused over. I assume there's evidence from the ranch which basically no one outside of this board ever talks about because it wasn't sensationalized (I've actually had people ask me to explain it to them before when bringing it up, so it's not every well known), but the point is we KNOW there was stuff going on at the island. I also never claimed he said there was no abuse, he literally says there's videos of women, key word being women, that they're NOT going to release because it would expose the women. Try doing that for a second, try stepping outside of your own shoes and perspective, and try understanding Kash's point of view for a little while.
You are now director of the FBI, you are given a presidential, administrative and constitutional mandate, and you are in charge of more divisions of the FBI than you can count on fingers and toes. Then your Attorney General dumps 10, 000 terabytes of files collected from the Epstein Ranch on your lap, which was hidden by the previous administration.
So, you break it up into 100 terabyte chunks and assign it to 1000's of agents to review.
Now there are literally thousands of agents building induvial cases on what they found.
Then you go on a famous podcast with Joe Rogan telling all you are allowed to tell and were never asked the hard questions like, was Alex Jones correct, when he said you found thousands of volunteers to review the 10k terabytes of data?
If you had this man's job and had any common sense, you would answer exactly the same as Kash did.

I was hoping to hear an explanation of how Ghislaine could be prosecuted for arranging crimes against children, but somehow none of the perpetrators of those crimes ever received any justice.
The general conspiratorial thought is that the Directed Energy Weapons used to set fire to LA and Hawaii (and other places) are controlled by the elite-pedo-super-rich, who are threatening Trump and administration that they will unleash hell on America if they are exposed. Which, is also what I believe Trump's golden dome is really being put in place for.
I can think of one obvious reason. Many of the would-be perps on the tapes (etc) are currently in play with a whistle. The deals cut with them is enabling the testimony. Perhaps, many of the important tapes (unedited) have these players on screen... thus complicating the release.
So, that would leave Kash (and group) in a quandry... do they dishonor their deals or find a way to expose the perps in a different way. A good attorney would have a clause that if they ever release the evidence of the whistle blower they can't use his testimony.
Otherwise, this whole thing makes very little sense. We might just have to sit this one out. If nothing EVER happens... we are going to be pissed. They don't won't us pissed.
