A few hours ago, I watched a live stream as police cleared out the crowds' block by block until they could get to the overpass. They shot a few tear gas canisters and the asshats on the bridge retreated. The officers are safe now.
They had to use one of the cruisers to push the one that was on fire underneath the overpass to get it out of harm's way. The airbag had been deployed, which automatically cuts the ignition, so they could not get it started to move it under its own power.
Did you know these bricks, bags of rocks and cinder blocks are being stored in the back lot of the Contemporary Art Museum. Guess who is on the board of directors?
