This was when they were choosing the new Pope. It says onscreen that the conclave was underway. It may be accurate, IDK, but it isn't brand new news.
I can't explain the conclave thing, but the news just broke. Maybe it rebroke and the clip was from round 1.
I wouldn't put it past Fox to re-use a story or add a little to it to make it "breaking news". I don't watch it but like any news junkie I see clips all the time and they are really shilling for Israel and wanting war.
