If you sit down, you'll grow roots.
(-)35 lbs in 11 months; carnivore/keto really helps.
Have you looked into doing Borax and Baking Soda for your meniscus and ligament tears?
I tried that for a month and it was doing wonders for me as it seems to have healed my wrist to a degree (it isn't fully healed but I am able to move it better than before and have less pain whenever I move my wrist, and still function that way 3 years later).
A man posted his story on EarthClinic about his blown knees and how he got it restored back to full health with Borax and Baking Soda:
As an ex runner I was told my knees were shot and needed replacing. At the time I was working in Russia and a local pharmacist advised to try this before knee surgery. Mix one box of baking soda with an equal amount of Borax. Blend and use 1 teaspoon in a quart of green tea and drink the whole thing every day. I was on a 3 month rotation, 1 off 3 on. At the end of 3 months my knees felt fine. I went home and had both x-rayed. Bone had returned to normal, cartilage was no longer stretched like an old rubber band and most importantly my Synovial fluid had gone from gone / gone to normal. In Russia Borax is widely used. Wake up USA, Big Pharma!
After hearing that story, that's what made me try Borax and Baking Soda and I only did a month in. My knees were starting to get weak but after a week or two, the sores and weakness went away. Unfortunately I had to stop because it was time consuming and I had a heavy schedule back then. I will try to go back to that regimen very soon.
What is it helping with?

Knees, shoulders, hands primarily
Thanks. Glad I'm blessed to not have those issues. DMSO helps me with age spots, though. Guess it helps with more than I thought. Good to know.
Try peptide BPC157 for healing your shoulder and other aches miraculously.
Will ck it out, fren
Edut: i remember looking this up ladt year. Is promising, but pretty limited long-term evidence of efficacy and safety.
Putting on my research radar. Best friend is tenured psychopharmacology researcher. Gonna have him deep.dive it.
Injecting synthetic proteins isn't something this retired PharmD is ready to try yet . EEEEK. Might make me more of a retard.

Great bench press of 640 pounds, at any age. At 50 years of age, an extremely great press.
