Need them all covered, step by step, at every level, until there's no drugs left in the US.. Also put up signs everywhere, every block with pictures of how drugs ruin lives and families, show how bad they look after becoming addicted, so we will never have to worry about our kids ever touching that stuff again. Also, get rid of all the local gangs and mafias, even the small timers hiding out by the projects and in alleys. Also, pass a law that gives parents and siblings the right to put away and send teir loved ones to rehab jail for years until they're completely clean and implementing new routines and the motivation to lead normal healthy lives without feeling the need to get high or escape.

Salts, isomers, similar compounds with slight molecular changes (specifically to the phenyl group), etc. Fentanyl itself will still be Schedule II, and approved for medical use.
