Pray instead for them to repent of evil and turn to the Lord. Pray God will heal our land, protect and rescue the innocent and the helpless, and bring justice to those who oppress and harm.
Most self-proclaimed Christians don't understand what it actually means to be a Christian. Few read the Bible. Fewer actually understand it. I'm not some theological scholar by any means however I've been through the Bible in its entirety and have literally hundreds of hours of sermons and Bible studies under my belt over the last year alone. I've learned how wrong my beliefs and understanding of the Bible were prior to taking the time to read, study, and understand God's Word over the last couple years.
It's wild to me when Christians get angry when told they're supposed to love and pray for their enemies. If they don't come to Christ, He will deal with them appropriately. When that happens, it won't matter for those that seem to care so much now. Divine judgement is and will be perfectly just.
Jesus Christ is my Lord, Savior, and King. Whatever comes of this world after the end of this movie doesn't matter to me at all. Sharing the Gospel and the perfect love of Jesus Christ is all that trult matters to me. Turn to Him, believe, confess your sins, and repent. Stop living comfortably in your unrepentant sin and turn it all over to Him. He loves you dearly. Love Him back then love each other the same.
What it it and who it is that greases the mighty wheel of trafficking must lose their power so that we are able yo protect our most vulnerable on Earth. And I will rejoice over it happening.
We are seeing the Tower of Babel 2.0 being taken down. God will not relent. Not even if we celebrate their downfall. This is not about personal grievances and hard feelings. It's about law, order and justice for the innocent. Let them repent and turn to the Lord in prison.
In (Luke 9:54) the disciples said to Jesus,"Lord do you want us to call fire down from heaven to destroy them" the Lord Jesus replied to them,"You do not know ( WHAT MANNER OF SPIRIT YOU ARE). For the son of man has not come to destroy men's lives but to save them." In (1st John 4:41) God says"You are OF GOD little children" this tells us (what manner of spirit) we are, therefore if we are of God, shouldn't we be acting as we see our heavenly Father act? Our actions to others should should represent our heavenly Father, we are to be full of Mercy, ready to forgive, as our Father in heaven The Bible says, in (1st John 4:17) "As He is, so are we in this world' If we are to act like our heavenly Father, we must remember what God is like, (2 Peter 3:9) gives us a picture of our heavenlyFather and says "God does not desire (it's not willing) that any be lost but that (All) come to repentance" and another picture of God is found in (John 3:16) "For God (SO LOVED THE WORLD) that He gave his only begotten Son that (WHOEVER) believes in him, SHOULD NOT PERISH BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE" therefore if we belong to God and God truly is our Father, how can this not be our desire also? We do not want to call down fire on anyone but we want them to repent and be saved, and this is our prayer, and why we pray for them. God's spiritual law is this, and it applies both to the saved and the unsaved " DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO TO YOU" ""FOR WHATEVER YOU MEASURE TO ANOTHER WILL BE USED TO MEASURE BACK TO YOU"(Matthew 7:2) Ask yourself if you had done, what they have done, what would you want them to do for you? Would you want them to call down fire and destroy you, or would you want them to pray for you? The answer to that question gives the answer of what we should do. This by no means, means, just let evil prevail(we have the armor of God, and the power of prayer to change things, we also have a sure word from God found in (Romans 12:19) " VENGEANCE IS MINE SAITH THE LORD I WILL REPAY" we can rest in this sure word from God, that no one gets away with anything. When we don't rejoice over our enemy but rather pray for him, we are showing God that we trust him, to deliver justice, (AS HE SEES FIT), for GOD alone knows their hearts, we don't, WE ONLY SEE THEIR ACTIONS, GOD alone knows what brought them to this point, we do not. God alone knows if and when they are repentant (sorry) in their heart, therefore judgment is left to God. That is, if as this post said, "IF WE ARE WISE"

That’s gonna be a very hard order to fulfill. Just saying. But I will try. I won’t deny that I won’t celebrate the take down of evil, however.

Schadenfreude is also in the circle of karma.
