I could stand to lose weight but I am really doing for the immune system reset and stem cell growth.
I did the three-day fast last year for those reasons. It's pretty well documented that fasting is a terrible way to try to lose weight.
I think if you look at Dr Fung's research YT playlist there is good research that fasting does help. It is a good 5hr plus rabbit hole.

Good advice. I am currently at 335 down from 460. No cutting here for a long time yet :)
Also 3500 calories = 1 lb of fat so keep that in mind
