I believe Obama actually won the first time. I believe that the second time was the first test of Hammer and Scorecard with an opponent who was in on the steal (Romney).

There was cheating back then, but not substantial. You gotta remember, he ran against two stinkers; NoName in 2008, and Pierre Delecto in 2012. With the Media's fawning over Obummer and Big Mike, it's not hard to imagine that he actually did receive way more votes than his competition. Believe me, I'd love to find out Barry Soweto cheated majorly in both elections, but I like finding out the truth even better.
