I think the democrats have done this before in Texas.
Back in 2003 they fled to New Mexico for a month. A couple of them went to Oklahoma I think too. It was over redistricting then, too.

I believe the dems in Oregon called for the arrests of Repubs who tried to disappear to block votes a few years back. On top of that they also ruled these Republicans could not run for office again - I moved away in 2015 so not sure how it all came out but it probably set a precedent!
Didn’t one state send the sergeant at arms to retrieve the criminals to their seats? Maybe it was here in calirado…don’t have the patience to research it right now.
Can anyone arrest them? This could be fun and highly entertaining.
