Raw Milk
100%
I don't know where to get it.. it's illegal in NJ :(
In my state, you can get it at local farmers market shops but you have to say it’s for your pet. The shop hasn’t actually asked us but they have to post it. My cat says it tastes different. Not bad different but kinda slightly 'grassy' . He gives it 2 paws up.
Aww that's sweet..
Carrotz is the cat
I'm doing my best to go full carnivore. I like sourkraut, beans, and lettuce, though, and carbs obviously... hard to kick them completely
Sauerkraut, kimchi, dill pickles, and anything fermented is good for gut health and included in the carnivore diet. Lettuce is okaay (no nutritional value) and beans is no good..if it gives you gas, makes you fart, it's like your body is telling you no..hehe I mean in the US we use Enriched Flour so it's really bad carbs. Enriched Flour is banned in other countries like Europe cos they know it's poison.
Plus if you think meat is more expensive than your regular food, think about all the money you'll save going to doctors and how good you feel so you can enjoy life more.
Good luck, Fren!
it's not so much the price, though steak pricing is ridiculous so I stick to ground beef normally; but anyways, the thing with me is the cravings. Like I want a bun with my burger 😭
That's what my hubby said..haha.. Well they say if you stick to just 100grams of carbs a day or lower, it won't knock you out of ketosis. Maybe try 3-4 days of no carbs until you get to that level of ketosis where you feel good and totally great, and then slip in like a bun for your burger every other day lol
They also sell Keto test strips so you know what state you're in.
Personally I think they make it all too complicated. Just eat real whole organic food and let the body guide you. If something causes bloating, gas, inflammation etc. don’t eat it.
I am convinced most people aren’t actually gluten and lactose intolerant. It’s all the pesticides, chemicals, hormones and processing.
I can eat European pasta and drink European beer and not bloat or feel like crap. Grains from America though make me feel like shit cause they have glyphosate.
Limit alcohol intake and avoid sugar and you’ll be fine.
Yeah, even chicken nuggets (the skin) makes me inflammed. But when I was in Thailand and Indonesia a few months back i ate alot of everything and street foods where it's dirty and next to cars with lots of dust lol (fried noodles, fried rice, those sort of food) and lost weight. Ofc i came back do the ivermectin fen ben cleanse but I didn't gain weight so I really think it;s the chemicals in American food. Over there they sell vegetables and fruits in the wet market- stuff they grow in their backyards basically. And people there are skinny and healthy. I didn't see weird people or crazies running around like they do here.
You need some carbs for connective tissue and nerve-related health.
With my Chronic Kidney Disease, I’m told to avoid dairy because of phosphorous but that’s for late stage and to also avoid protein because to is hard on kidneys. I’m at a loss as to how to proceed.
Who told you? Doctor?
