I need brushing up on the subject, but I would like to know if Obama’s “executive privilege” protects him against military law and being brought to meaningful justice according to his crimes.
I continue to hear far-Left media espouse executive privilege to shield Obama from the crimes and charges circulating on social media. Does the concept of “statute of limitations” apply in this circumstance? Or is it irrelevant regarding a (former) Commander in Chief?
From what I understand, executive privilege only covers things a President does while acting in the interest of the United States. So Obama could be prosecuted for actions outside of his job as President.

Im missing the point on the time
Trump has double posted like this before and some people have done decodes on the difference in time between those duplicate posts before. I just included the information to see if anyone else might have thoughts or insights and I made some attempts myself in the comments. I mostly believe these double posts are for emphasis.
