DeSantis: State line won't protect criminal illegals; sends 'Chuck Norris' deputy to nab fugitive trucker
Gov. DeSantis dispatched a deputy to apprehend a fugitive illegal alien who fled to California after a fatal Florida Turnpike crash that killed three motorists.
Why the HELL was he allowed to walk away in the first place?
You beat me to it!
How does someone who can't speak English leave the scene of a fatal accident and somehow make it all the way back to California? Who arranged it? Who paid for it? There are laws against aiding and abetting escape from custody or harboring a fugitive are there not?
This same idiot collapsed a historic wooden bridge with his truck in 2019 and not only got away with it, but kept his commercial drivers license (which he shouldn't even have). It's like they are purposely putting this guy on the road knowing he will wreak havoc.
It’s worse than that. That was a different guy with the same name. There are dozens of ‘Harjinder Singh”s in the US.
Good Question, really good question.
He caused the fatal crash on August 12, 2025, then he flew with his passenger to CA on August 13. An arrest warrant was issued on August 15. U.S. marshals then arrested him in San Joachin County, CA on August 16:

I thank you for the details (genuinely) -- but my question still stands: Why did they let him leave the scene? The evidence was all there. (It's a large truck, with the back half still in the right lane, cutting across multiple lanes of high-speed traffic at a near standstill, trying to move through an 'Official Use Only' pathway -- all of which directly led to the death of three people.)
To consider a 'similar' scene -- If the police came upon the scene of a 'normal' homicide (with the culprit still at the scene, and non-negotiable evidence available) -- would they let the murderer go home while paperwork was being done? Or would they hold the murderer while the paperwork was expedited?

I’m en route to California right now to ensure this individual is extradited back to Florida. Stay tuned.
Does Fla. have Treaties and Agreements on Extradition with California? 🤔😮😂🤣
All U.S. states have extradition rights with each other under the U.S. Constitution’s Extradition Clause (Article IV, Section 2, Clause 2) and federal law (18 U.S.C. § 3182). This requires states to extradite fugitives who have committed crimes in one state and fled to another, upon request from the demanding state.
Lets look at the judge who let him go.
DeSantis is looking the other way I live here in Naples and the illegals are all over, this is another different town it is not the one it used to be. It is like a Latin American country, we started skool two weeks ago and you have to see the parking lot of the small mall we have here full of people from other countries plus the evil open another elementary skool which took only 2 months to built it. You know only illegals. This town supposed to be for elderly now is full of young illegal people.
Call him out on it. Not a good time to be an illegal sympathizer.

Get in the business of calling 866-DHS-2-ICE.
Is Naples run by lefty local government.
Join the local Republican Party, get to know people and team up.
Who is you Representative/Senator. Put pressure on them. Write into the local paper.
Make some noise, and lots of it.
This is your hour. This is you time to get pissed. You can make it happen.
I'm just up here in Sarasota.
So, he was arrested and then allowed to flee? In Florida? What the hell’s going on here?
