Trump's tendency to combine leadership offices under a single person is EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE of Hitler's approach of deliberately creating confusing overlaps among bureaucracies (in order to keep them busy with turf wars than uniting against him). So much for people who say Trump is "like Hitler." This is a very distinctive difference (other than the fact that Trump is good and Hitler was evil---lots to say about that!).
