I mean, I have myself complained at what strikes me as a gratuitous and unseemly lust for blood, with the essentials of the legal process dismissed as being irrelevant. Don't sneer too much at the normies if they are arriving at this overreaction for cause. This may be a hard label to expunge. It's worth noting however, that 'Mike Rothschild' (not his real name) is not a normie, but is an 'anti-cult' cultist, the embodiment of what he accuses anons of. The real problem here, which you are alluding to, killer, is that far too much of the online behavior and mentality engaged in here simply FEEDS his narrative and plays directly into his hands, and makes it that much easier for him to mislead and misdirect 'the normies'.
Oh, I get that he's a dedicated critic. What you are saying is the true point. The issue (as I see it) is that we are never going to be approved by our opponents, but we can at least be hated for the right (truthful) reasons.
I would also add this: We should be careful NOT to provide our opponents with ammunition that will only enhance their ability to hoodwink the populace and hide the real truth.
