Unlikely they’ll face treason charges. Military will likely discharge them under less than honorable, and or bad conduct just to be done with it. Rather than go through the song and dance of convening a full court hearing. Most they’ll probably face is disturbing the peace charges. Or a similar misdemeanor charge.

Apparently they were both either retired or no longer in their former jobs at the time of this incident. I suspect they weren't arrested for "treason" but for disrupting an official hearing. I wouldn't be surprised if they were jailed briefly, given a court date, and released shortly after this.
