what matters is if there’s a competent governor appointing competent and moral people for the job. These days too many JDs lack constitutional knowledge and don’t have good morals. I do have a few good friends who have good morals and are competent, so there’s hope, but a lot of attorneys and judges need to be retired and many arrested for harmful decisions
I wandered through that clown channel in Utah regarding the Franklin cover up case. It was one of the last court cases to stop the third edition of the book. Former police chief of Omaha Robert Wad-man tried to have his friend in the criminal justice system at the University conduct the hearing. John DeCamp said he wanted an actual judge. He was told there would not be one available until 1:00 p.m., it was 9:00 a.m.. Decamp stated he wanted a real judge and would wait. That is legal.

Nobody had a law degree in 1960. Law degrees aren't the reason we're lawless, the laws are, you literally can't read them.
The Constitution doesn’t require that a Supreme Court Justice have a law degree, passed the Bar, or previously served as a judge.
