I am open to the idea the shot came from elsewhere and patsy had a jammed rifle with a spent casing in it, but he would know that, and the recovered rifle would have no signs of recent shot.
Plus, the loud report heard, with the aid of multiple videos (microphones), can be triangulated to give the approximate location, and that will be in process I am sure. (Shotspotter systems are in active use in cities today). You would sync the videos, and then the difference in audio with known locations of the microphones would triangulate. With many sources this could definitely tell you if the shooter was close or far, and rough direction. I would expect there will be some videos taken from a good distance away, which would help improve accuracy.

He is hypnotises and takes the shot as he sees the sequence

How do you know there isnt. They picked him up and took him out right away. I dont even think they did an autopsy. The murder scene was cleaned up within the hour and Charles same day was sent to Arizona to be buried.
No where did the FBI or anyone come out and say what bullet killed him or the autopsy results. So yeah I think this
The guy in the white did shoot him there are no knuckles you do not get a kickback with knuckles. The girl beside him is with him and you can see him in the picture in front of Tyler on the photos we were provided of Tyler leaving. They worked together.
My guess is Tyler shot the gun only to get everyone to think the shot was coming from behind and take attention away from the guy beside Charlie.

We really need an official trajectory path from examiners. Sadly I doubt we'll ever get one. Without knowing the actual trajectory anything is possible. Someone knows if the path was from the lower right ear out the lower left neck. Or from the front through the neck. We just don't know. It's probably been decided we never will.

The authorities have never justified concluding that the rifle they found in the forest was the murder weapon, I have specifically listened for, and never heard, any statement that any kind of ballistics test was done to provide a link between the rifle and the shooting. This video’s explanation makes a lot more sense to me.
