NYC is gang land. Probably not a “school shooter” but just a gang member.
Remember it only has to be in the vicinity of a school to be considered a school shooting based on Giffords and their other minion anti constitutional puppets.
Odds are it’s Gang and or crime related. A significant portion of ‘School Shootings’ are. The nutcase with a gun is actually the minority. Also what’s classified as a “School Shooting” these days statistically mostly just involves a death involving a firearm in the vicinity of a school. Not even on the grounds. Just nearby. And it doesn’t even need to be while school is in session to be counted.
