Like my neighbor lady. She feeds groundsquirrels and they overpopulate and encroach onto my property. Saw her acting weird the other day out front of my house so i asked her if she was picking up dog poop. Nope, she was moving an injured groundsquirrel onto my yard, after some stray cats tore it up in her yard…
