As far as I understand it, the deal include IDF staying in the strip, and there being a gradual withdrawal, over time, depending on whether Hamas sticks to the deal.

The title is misleading. Trump's deal does not include creation of Palestine state and bibi is just reiterating it. Feel free to repost with appropriate title.
