The entire Chicago law enforcement group has been standing down for years. There is NO 'law enforcement' when Gangs are Allowed to KILL 762 people every year. As a side note 'for liberal' This FACT is WITH 'gun control'.
This is a insurrection. This is jaw dropping that sworn law enforcement is stating over air waves that they're not going to assist fellow officers in harms way. Trump needs to take over Chicongo the same way he did with DC. Chicongo PD is lousy with activist cops that need to be at very least fired or arrested including the chief.
The official motto of the Chicago Police department is: "We Serve and Protect".
Excuse me -- but if they're standing down and not assisting Federal agents then they aren't serving or protecting anybody.
WHY are they being paid? Unless I am very much mistaken they are accepting taxpayer money under fraudulent claims. It is their JOB to arrest criminals and if they aren't doing their job then why are they receiving paychecks?
This audio here is proof that they're slacking out for political reasons. So technically, they are stealing taxpayer money. Arrest them for theft if they accept a paycheck this week.
Seriously -- I'm not joking. In what universe can cops decide to choose which crimes they will assist in preventing due to political leanings.
Arrest the whole damn Chicago Police Department if you need to President Trump! Bring in the military to take over. To hell with the Chicago Political Machine!
I remember years ago reading about a court case in which someone sued over "To serve and protect" when police did not arrive timely. The determination was that the police have to protect the public, and have no duty to protect any particular human.
I must have missed that case. Have you ever heard a bigger crock of bullshit in your life? It makes you wonder how things ever got to the point where they could actually have the unmitigated gall to make a "judgment" like that in the first place and not expect people to be angry about it.
I loved living in the city and I miss the Chicago of my childhood. But I'm in the suburbs and haven't set foot in the city in years. It's just not worth risking your life to go there.
Warren v. District of Columbia[1] (444 A.2d. 1, D.C. Ct. of Ap. 1981) is a District of Columbia Court of Appeals case that held that the police do not owe a specific duty to provide police services to specific citizens based on the public duty doctrine.
Procedural history
In separate cases, Carolyn Warren, Miriam Douglas, Joan Taliaferro, and Wilfred Nichol sued the District of Columbia and individual members of the Metropolitan Police Department for negligent failure to provide adequate police services. The trial judges held that the police were under no specific legal duty to provide protection to the individual plaintiffs and dismissed the complaints. In a 2–1 decision, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals determined that Warren, Taliaferro, and Nichol were owed a special duty of care by the police department and reversed the trial court rulings. In a unanimous decision, the court also held that Douglas failed to fit within the class of persons to whom a special duty was owed and affirmed the trial court's dismissal of her complaint. The case was reheard by an en banc panel of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and the defendant (District of Columbia) prevailed.
Thank you for looking up the case for me. This effectively means they could collect a paycheck and decide not to work at all -- if they deem each and every case that came up as being outside the scope of their interest. But I suppose it doesn't really surprise me -- I've long believed the legal system was going to hell in a handbasket.
This is INCREDIBLE exposure!
Trump now needs to personally mention the "10-cars, stand-down" HYBRID ASSAULT.
Featuring infiltrators on the inside and footgoons on the outside.
PERFECT PERFECT scenario for Trump to leverage!

Treason.

Who gave the order to stand down? It is a human, not a government corporation or agency.
The chief of patrol, a higher up position in command staff. That'll be easy to find out. Probably listed on their website.
Exactly!
Who's the patrol chief that gave the order

Did the Federal agents get captured or fight to the death?
Have their bodies been recovered?
What about enemy dead, any numbers? A lot of time ferals will extract their dead to hide the impact.
