Who is buying organs? What is the market for organs? I’m 50. I don’t need any new organs. There isn’t a single person or friend of a friend that I’ve known that’s needed an organ transplant. What are they doing with these organs?
It's hard to wrap ones head around a legitimate, albeit sick, demand for organs, much less trafficed babies meets the supply we hear about. There can only be so many illegal transplants and adoptions...
It sounds absolutely insane, but, at this point, it's not beyond my imagination that we're literally selling these things to extraterrestrials as food. Or demons, or unseen races of carnivorous beings living among us, in large scale.
Even applying mass child sacrifice and hunting parties and every sick rumor we semi-seriously discuss, the numbers seem crazy.

I know those numbers are malleable, and probably include runaways, etc... but conservatively extrapolate that world wide and I start to believe we're selling people-milkshakes up the food chain.

I have not been afraid but unfortunately a lot of people don't listen. It's disappointing.

There are roughly 45,000 to 50,000 organ transplants per year in the US.
From the year 2023: • Kidney: 27,332 transplants.  • Liver: 10,659 transplants.  • Heart: 4,545 transplants.  • Lung: 3,026 transplants.
