I think they will prosecute for the 2020 election, but I don't think it will be until after the 2026 elections whenever you can see what an un-rigged election looks like.
I think you are right, after what a clean and fair election looks like give the reasons why it was clean and fair in comparison to 2020. And by then dems will be wearing sombreros on their own.
It will also be a lot easier to arrest a former office holder than a current office holder

If we see a truly unrigged election in 2028, it will be so vastly different from anything any of us have ever experienced before that anyone on the left will scream bloody murder and think the election was obviously rigged.

I'm starting to see planning by both Patriots and Assholes. Assholes are starting to go after Vance, since he is so obviously the front runner. And Trump is now outlawing mail-in ballots (struck down by Asshole judges in 3...2...1... Are these people predictable or what?)
Only issue with that is most election laws have a statute of limitations of 5 years. Unless they go with the treason/seditious conspiracy route.
