Since the corrupt states refuses to provide actual #'s and legitimate social security #'s for verification... then ESTIMATE the number of U.S. citizens in each of those states is receiving welfare benefits... and then only provide that amount of SNAP benefits based on the estimate.
If the states want to correct your estimate, then they can provide actual #'s and verification. If they want to go to court, the states will still need to provide the actual #'s and verification for the 'discovery'... so either way, they need to provide it.
