🚨Confirmed by JPL: 3I/ATLAS Is Under Continuous, In Plane Acceleration
I pulled the new JPL Horizons solution myself dated Nov 3 2025 and it’s official:
C/2025 N1 (3I/ATLAS) is still accelerating under non gravitational forces.
Direct from the Horizons output:
A₁ = 1.662 × 10⁻⁶ au/d²
A₂ = 7.089 × 10⁻⁷ au/d²
A₃ = 0
That last number is the shocker, because natural comets don’t keep their thrust perfectly flat in the orbital plane and yet this one does. No out of plane motion at all.
Brightness remains steady at 14.7–14.9 mag.
There is no new coma, no jets, no fading.
But the orbit fit demands a continuous Δv of roughly 60 m/s over the last twenty days.
If it’s outgassing, it’s the most disciplined comet ever logged. If it’s not, something else is applying a smooth, directional push within the ecliptic.
Even stranger is that no one’s talking about it.
Not even Avi Loeb or NASA PR. Nothing on the record, just raw coefficients sitting in the file system.
Exactly what I don’t understand....why is this not being talked about? Is it because no one will believe it either way? I try to find info on it daily. It’s either really far fetched Facebook links or not talked about at all. u/JohnTitor17 was the only source I found that could talk about it coherently and he just disappeared. That’s a strange situation in my opinion.

What has happened to JT17? I am curious why this isn’t spoken of much, either. Feels pretty NSWIC-y.
Looks like acceleration due to its closest approach to Venus being today.
