If dems are able to take control of the Senate or the House anytime soon, then the plan has failed. If the plan has not failed then this is something we do not have to worry about.
Congress and the American Political Establishment is locked in a state of perpetual stagnation and decline. Unwilling to do anything that can’t quickly be reversed. Because to do otherwise might invite permanent change.
The rhetoric and Justification for not doing anything changes depending on the member in question. But the fact remains, whatever the justification, they refuse to make any true changes. Despite it long since being apparent that the status quo cannot continue.

We have 3 parties. The Democrats (Globetretters) the Republicans (Generals) and the outnumbered MAGA team. The Republicans job is to lose in an entertaining manner. There's no way all those Senators are going to create a Trump unleashed scenario. If they took the chains off of him we'd win the next 3 elections. They're going to mute him as much as possible and dick over Vance in 28 so the dems can continue the dismantling.
I think you may well be right. Maybe we really need to get behind a MAGA party like the one Elon proposed, but then I fear it would just splinter the republican party and give demonrats control. It is so very frustrating when you realize that you have absolutely no representation in government.

Elections are still rigged all over the country in one way or another, so many(/most?) were chosen and installed in their positions by someone(s) other than their constituents. As such, who's interests should one logically assume they represent, follow, and/or obey?
