It had stopped for a while with the government shutdown, but started up again recently within the last week or so here in the Midwest. Or at least my husband and I noticed that unless we just weren't paying enough attention. 🤷♀️
There is a way to solve the problem, however it's somewhat distasteful. As it involves the people caught, assuming room temperature against their will.
Contrails (water vapor trails) form only when planes are way the heck up there. They always dissipate about 20 seconds after they are ejected, so the trail is always following the plane, like a comet tail. They used to be a rather common sight.
According to Clifford Carnicom (and my memory) contrails only exist high up in the atmosphere where the planes look very small. This is because water vapor is visible in very cold air. If it were visible everywhere we see chemtrails, we would leave puffy trails of our breath behind us everywhere we walk. I recall Dane Wigington saying that jet engines are now designed so that they never leave contrails any more.

I'm not sure where you're getting the information that the US Government says that the new jets don't make contrails at all. Different designs of the jets and engines and how fast and how high they fly all have to do with the contrails left by them. So while new jets might not leave as many, there is no way that they are incapable of leaving contrails ever and I have no idea why any US government official or anyone manufacturing jets would make such a claim. Do you remember where you got this info originally?
The show jets are using special canisters of dyed oils routed to the exhaust to make that smoke, which they control the release of. When the pilot flips the switch, it releases the oil into the exhaust manifold, where it's vaporized and condenses into the trails of smoke. Flip the switch again and it's turned off.
