The BBC claim they have apologised - their apology is for "unintentionally" editing his speech. They knew EXACTLY what they were doing, hence it is not a real apology. They MUST pay or people will not believe it was done deliberately.
I'm hoping there is an email somewhere revealing it was a deliberate decision.
