The pilots and crew who flew the victims to Epstein Island knew what was happening. The people who worked security at the island, or helped the boats full of kids to dock at the island knew. The housekeepers at Epstein Island knew. Every guest on the island knew. Most of them simply ignored it or turned away and didn't look... or were more interested in money.
You're not going to find many "innocent" people that were involved. The Epstein organization trafficked and destroyed the lives of thousands of children, while compromising and blackmailing politicians, businessmen, celebrities, etc... and everyone involved played some role. Some "victims" set up the next "victims".
Release it all. If names are named... then so be it.
He is one of my favorite members. Trump and his team agreed, but when certain repubs joined the dems to turn it all into a wedge issue, it was time. Bondi and Patel have been given the right to redact. Hopefully this will help protect the truly innocent.
And you can see that it gives very broad withholding authorities to the AG, including:
The Attorney general may withhold or redact the segregable portions of records that—
(A) contain personally identifiable information of victims or victims’ personal and medical files and similar files the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy;
Whether you or I agree or disagree with his position, it is thoroughly refreshing to see a man with real morals and principles, stand by and on those morals and principles. I salute him. Just my thoughts
His morals and principles are no more valid than anyone elses. He stands only on his opinion. The democrats stand on theirs just as solidly. There are no points for this.
The truth about the Epstein files release bill/law is that this is "Let him who is without sin cast the first stone" moment. The Biblical reference is John 8:7 where Jesus saves a woman about to be stoned for Adultery.
The truth is that the Epstein saga is much worse than adultery as you have grown men fucking children with most of them being married. In this case, President Trump is not guilty of anything related to sex crimes. Even if this new law is treason against the constitution, it doesn't hurt the President in any form because he is not the one that wrote the bill in the first place. Rep Higgins recognized that and voted no on the basis of the way it was written, he also voted no due to the fact that he is too guilty of something. BTW, he likely knew that the bill was not coming back to the House.
"being careful" is the excuse used to hide nefarious things. This is EXACTLY the reason we're in the mess we're in now. It does nothing but promote coverups....
I do understand his point and agree steps need to be taken to redact names, etc. Hopefully, that is what is being done per the bill.
Also, If this results in many, many prosecutions, and it should, whatever care necessary should be taken to avoid any weakening of said prosecutions. Not a lawyer though…..
Thousands get injured? Im not convinced millions havent already been hurt. How many could be saved by the release? higgins is wrong but its his vote and besides i doubt it will matter as the democrats want their stuff hidden. This is bigger than even those people. In tje end the senate wont release it because the left will now know the damage. But the nation will squarely be able to lay it at the democrats feet for obstructing its release.
NO innocent people will get hurt.

Notably, this is the guy who called Hakeem Jeffries reptilian on X a few weeks back.
If seeking justiice hurts innocent people, then that is even more reason to greatly increase the severity of the punishments against the guilty!
Innocent people can be protected, names can be redacted so they're not public which I think is already happening.

I like Clay but when it comes to Epstein, I dun care---let the chips fall where they may. Innocent people have nothing to worry about!
Hillary says she's innocent too. I guess he wants to protect the likes of her and her spirit cooking classmates then?
Release it all but give the innocent protection.
I understand this stuff is open to interpretation, but here is the text of the bill:
