The high-rise in China has been burning for over one day now and hasn't collapsed.... And i guarantee you the quality of steel used in its construction is not near the quality used in the Twin Towers or building 7. hmmmmmm

It's a cement structure, built before the CCP took over Hong Kong.
Not really that surprising.
The buildings were around 40 years old. So they were not mainland tofu-dreg construction. The cladding that was being renovated however, definitely tofu-dreg. From some of the reports I heard, the cladding is where the fire started. You can see high rises on the mainland quickly go up in flames just like Hong Kong. The CCP has destroyed Hong Kong.
Ah yes, that's no surprise then. Everyone must be using cheap ass cladding now-a-days. Seen it go up in flames in almost every country that tries it.
Apartment buildings here are brick on the outside, like we've done for hundreds of years. No issues here.
The quality of much of the Chinese made building materials are sub par. Especially as of late. It has even gotten worse that it already was.
I just come across some newer information today about that Hong Kong fire. I noticed that the narrative is being spun that they are trying to blame the bamboo scaffolding. Bamboo doesn't burn that easily and that is one of the reasons why Hong Kong uses it. It is looking more like it was the safety netting they put up for the bamboo scaffolding that is the problem. Somebody was cutting corners and used the stuff that burns rather than the required fire resistant netting that Hong Kong regulation requires. If you look at the pictures today much of the bamboo is still standing. But the netting - burned away. I also saw videos of people smoking up on that scaffolding when they are not supposed to. There has already been several complaints over safety issues long before this fire ever started.
They have already arrested some people involved in the contracting. Low hanging fruit I am sure. All due to rampant CCP corruption. However, I also have no doubt that the main perpetrators will never be touched. That's CCP justice.

I have other sources - some inside China. It amazing what Chinese netizens themselves dig up. They can be quite the internet sleuths despite the rampant censorship. I also saw some other people testing how much bamboo burns. Some places in China actually use bamboo to cook in. I saw whole chickens being cooked inside bamboo - and the bamboo didn't burn.
After my last reply I came across information that some of the cladding that had been replaced also had tofu dreg substandard insulation. Basically it was foam - highly flammable and can be found all over the mainland. Many similar high rise fires all over China.
I really don't expect much to be done criminally about this in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong government apparatus that really matters has been taken over by Beijing. In other words, corruption on steroids. Hong Kong's laws may be on the books, just like they are on the mainland, but the judicial enforcement is non existent. They will parade a couple of sacrificial lambs for public display, but the ones really responsible will walk. May those poor souls rest in peace.

I guess the Chinese couldn't find enough QUALITY HIGH STRENGTH STEEL and bought everything on the cheap...Guess the Chinese get what they pay for!!!!! As usual!!!!
Anyone on this forum, that still believes the narrative of 911 is plausible, has a lot of waking up to do! I was 27 back then, not an American, but knowing the limited information available about NORAD! No way planes fly into building in America if it not knowingly allowed! I hope Dick Cheney was actually prosecuted for treason!
