El Salvador put out a great chart showing incarceration rates vs murder rate and it's not only directly correlated but they brought the rate down to almost zero by putting all the gangs into prison. So this idiot is completely wrong.

It is NOT racist to incarcerate those who prey upon, mostly, their own neighborhoods.

He's right, stop incarcerating and start incinerating.

Incarceration is the humane option, not the only option.

One peek at the FBI's violent crime demographic for the U.S. and it's easier to understand the prison demo breakdown. Similar violent crimes charts reflected with other Western nations, coincidentally.

What of the schools? What of STEM programs, trade schools, Hell. Even city jobs? What of repect for life? Doing unto others as they would have done to them?
