The Hoover Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously rejected last week the proposal to convert a 100,000-square-foot office building in the Meadowbrook Corporate Park into an Islamic K-12 school and Muslim prayer center.

The The 7-0 vote, following a packed hearing with nearly 200 furious residents, sends the rejection to the City Council for a final decision in January, prioritizing the preservation of local identity over expansions that threaten economic development and cultural cohesion.

A Hoover woman who said she recently moved to the United States from the United Kingdom argued that Muslims do not assimilate well into other countries’ cultures, saying that the British went to great lengths to accommodate the demands of the Muslim community and that it ended up negatively affecting the community as a whole.

Another man said that introducing an Islamic school and community center in the Hoover community would only attract more foreigners to the city and cause an influx of people who would create problems.

One woman even held up a sign that read “Stop the 100-Year Plan.” The sign referred to an alleged Muslim Brotherhood plan to infiltrate Western countries and impose Sharia law.

This is how we take back our country.

We're not going to go that route here in Alabama.

If they want to grovel to Allah, send them back to countries where that's the norm.

This is an invasion, and if America doesn't take it seriously, we will lose our Republic. If they want to take over they will need to get through the many of us that fought for our country in the Sandbox and stand ready to do it again to defend our own soil and Constitutional Republic.

People need to wake up to the fact that illegal immigration has been weaponized by the Democrats to bring in a large group of subversives to destroy or Republic without firing a shot. It is an invasion, plain and simple. No matter how they try to spin it or gaslight.

We are under attack, and that is plain to anyone with eyes or ears today in America! We have enemies living among us ready and willing to murder us for their insane ideologies. Our Communities and our families are in danger.

Fortunately, it seems more and more people are getting fed up with the blatant way these foreign invaders and freeloaders are insinuating themselves in our communities with an intent to overthrow them. The solution to protecting our communities and loved ones, in my opinion?

First of all, we ALL need to go to these public meetings and tell them no. No more. We need to fight light heel to keep our culture alive and our American way of life strong.

We also need to seriously start considering forming local militia's in every community around America the way it was intended to be done at the birth of our Republic. The framers of our Constitution, and the founders of our Constitutional Republic, understood that we were responsible for our own lives, safety, families, and property. They established a government that was charged with protecting our individual rights, and prohibited that same government from infringing on any of our rights, especially the right to self defense, the right to own and carry weapons, and the right to own and protect our property. They intended us to form our own militia's in our communities to protect ourselves from government tyranny, foreign dangers, and threats to our communities. It is time we started forming them again.

I am a firm believer in the fact that we all have a spiritual, moral, and personal responsibility to protect ourselves, our families, our property, and our communities. Everyone who chooses to do so should be armed and fully trained in the use of the weapons they choose to own and use. Everyone should have emergency plans in place for their households, and should also be rehearsing these plans with their families to the point that if something were to happen, everyone knows their role, and what they are supposed to do in SHTF situation.

Taken to the next level, if you have good and dependable neighbors, is a neighborhood plan to coordinate defensive actions across larger areas of responsibility. The recent events across these United States of America should make it very plain why this would be a wise course of action, not only for defense, but for coming tot he aid of our communities in times like these.

We need to relearn what it is to be neighbors and build communities of people who care about each other and protect & take care of each other. Neighbors that have each others backs.

When seconds count, the government (including police) are minutes away. In times of emergency or disaster, government is either absent, or if they do show up, dictatorial in their response. When tyrannical government is involved, they will be even slower to respond or help. History proves that truth time and time again.

I believe that we should form local community militias and form regional militia networks in each state. These militias would train together on a regular basis. They would support each other to protect their communities and neighbors from government tyranny, invasions, etc.

With the threat of internal attacks in American communities, this is more important than ever. We are in more danger within our borders today than we have ever been at any other time in the history of our Republic. Not since the War of 1812, and the Revolutionary War, have we faced the threat of foreign attacks domestically within our cities, suburbs, and communities. Today, criminal elements within our own government have imported the foreign horde's intended to take us over and destroy our Republic from within our own borders.

By us following the intentions of our founding fathers, we would no longer have to rely on government. We could help ourselves, and our communities.

One of the primary reasons our founding fathers wanted us to have our community militia's was to stop foreign invasions. Sharia Law is an enemy to our Constitution. Communism is an enemy of our Constitution. Think about that.

Stories like this are why I am so adamantly against doomerism. This CAN be stopped and can be pushed back against effectively enough to win.

Some Muslim groups have gotten around this by starting public taxpayer-funded charter schools. For example, in Alpharetta GA, there’s a charter school with mostly Muslim students where Arabic is taught, but not Islam (which would violate charter).
