First time hearing him. Fuentes was spot on for the most part. I understand his frustration with the pace of things. I guess he doesn't understand the magnitude of the fight, or believe that there's a plan in place and the methodical nature by which things must be done.
If he is a fed, my take is he is a PiedPiper. There is enough people raising the question and noticing. They need to take some control and he’s was/is being groomed to lead some off the cliff, or cause enough stir to justify a ‘comparable backlash’ via whatever they want……new laws, sympathetic fundraising, etc.
‘Use every disadvantage as an offensive’ kind of thing. Tough to see in real-time, but not unheard of in the playbook.
And there's no reason why they can't have multiple pied pipers who even pretend to feud with one another to try to make themselves look more legitimate as well.
I also think I, and likely some others, misinterpreted ‘these people are stupid’. In reality, they have centuries of experience and are ruthless and cunning. That is not to say they don’t pick some ‘stupid’ people as the public faces of their operations though.
