It’s the kind of question that makes people squirm. Not because it’s racist — but because it cuts past the race debate entirely and strikes at something deeper: culture
Bullshit. It’s genetics. Rwandan genocide, Somali use of starvation as a weapon, current Nigerian genocide, current state of Baltimore, Chicago, Detroit, etc. The people just don’t have the cognitive capacity to consider others’ perspectives or to consider objectivity, so they give in to animalistic impulses of violence.
You haven’t read the article. Before the welfare state, (1960s) most black families in the USA had fathers, attended church, and their parents taught them how to behave in public.
From where and whom did they absorb that culture?
