yeah they need term limits. either that or after a certain amount of decisions get oberturned by a higher court then the judge must sit for a performance review and potential firing. so judges are accountable to highr up judges
Can President Trump fire her? He can fire executives from Federal agencies, maybe he can do the same within the Judicial system.
No, they must be impeached by Congress and found guilty by 2/3 of the Senate. Never happen.
