Ok, I am no fan of the Israel government…BUT not all money is wasted there. IMHO unfortunately some compromises must be made to further US interests in the world. Oh, and there is that recent proposal in Congress by Rep. Luna about no one can have dual citizenship in Congress …. that should pass, but most likely will not.
it's not structured as a repayable loan or traditional "line of credit" but as outright grants.
