Exactly what I came here to say. Former USMC grunt here, but now it hurts to get out of bed. Nobody (except admin poges) gets out of the Marines unscratched and undamaged. Or as we called them, REMFs.
But unlike the average person, we can match each pain to an event or consistent challenge and give our self a well done as we groan getting out of bed.

These type of jobs get filled by word of mouth. There would be no need to advertise them.
Same way you find the type of people who do high-level security for high-level individuals, you put the word out to someone already in that field and you'll get soem recommendations for indivduals with bona fides vouched for by some really important people.
The line between privateer and pirate is exceedingly thin. The rewards would have to vastly outweigh the risks... or should I say POTENTIAL rewards. Failure is always an option...
