President Donald Trump and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, have repeatedly accused billionaire financier George Soros of operating or influencing a vast, "mafia-like" global network through his funding of non-
governmental organizations, political advocacy groups, and activist movements.
These leaders argue that Soros uses his wealth to shape public policy, undermine national sovereignty, and destabilize traditional institutions by backing causes such as mass migration, progressive judicial reform, and transnational governance.
They have claimed that some Soros-funded organizations support civil unrest or radical political agendas, at times characterizing them as "pro-terror" or sympathetic to violent movements.
Supporters of these leaders view such accusations as a warning about unaccountable elite influence over democratic systems, arguing that wealthy donors should not wield disproportionate power across borders.
Um, I looked for the link in the comments on X and couldn’t find any. Doesn’t the House have to introduce bills? Which congress critters are introducing the bill?
I keep seeing this framed as “Trump moves to block Soros,” but there’s a basic problem here: there is no bill.
Presidents don’t introduce legislation. Congress does. That means you need an actual bill number, a sponsor in the House or Senate, committee assignment, text language, and a legislative path. None of that exists here.
Right now this is a headline, a tweet, and a vibe — not a law, not even a proposal moving through Congress. Saying “if passed” is doing all the work, because everything sounds powerful if you skip the part where it has to survive the Constitution, campaign finance law, the First Amendment, and judicial review.
Even if someone did introduce a bill like this, classifying political donations or protest funding as “organized crime” would immediately trigger massive constitutional challenges. Political spending — even ugly, unpopular political spending — is heavily protected speech under current Supreme Court precedent. You don’t have to like that for it to still be true.
I’m not defending Soros. I’m saying reality matters. If we don’t distinguish between “this would be nice” and “this is legally and procedurally possible,” we just set ourselves up for disappointment and false expectations again.
If someone has an actual bill number, sponsor, or text, I’m happy to look at it. Until then, this is political theater, not legislation.
In the meantime, here's something to help people remember how bills are created and passed.
Good point. I remember Hillary being a whole head shorter after side-of-beef arrest day. Has anyone compared the sizes of the ball-sacks under Soros' eyes in photos?
Over the past 10 years what has been the most effective form of protests started with that guy who was beat up by antifa on a college campus. This is my opinion of course but I have been paying attention to this form of protesting and wondering who is backing it and ordering it.
Youtube does NOT censor these channels over the years either. While Youtube does censor the channels that go after Pedophiles.
The question I have always asked is does Soros possibly fund some of these channels or someone like Soros? It is such a simple thing they do and I have seen these people shot, tazzed, arrested, still in prison, beat up, everything....
They simply get a camera and walk in public or in public buildings and record. People turn into psychopaths and so do public officials and police officers. It is still the top of psychological warfare that I have seen done at the low levels of culture. The public areas.
So many people think they have the right to privacy if they are in public or exposed to public thru a window or open area. From citizens, police, and government servants.
If indeed it is funded or ordered by Soros it is almost genius. We have such a stupid people in all areas of life they factually believe if a sign on the wall says 'no recording' that makes it a law. Feelings are laws to more people than people realize.
If more people do not wake up on that front we will see lower governments passing laws that are direct conflict to the very 1st Amendment and we have seen this all across the USA.
It is like the Achilles heel of the Constitution. We are taught we are PRIVATE Citizens but while in public we have no privacy unless we create it. Try it sometime. Go to a public office like a tax office and while in the lobby start taking pictures or go on a public sidewalk and point it a bank window and take pictures. In under 30 seconds you will be told to turn that off. It is simply the Achilles Heel and if Soros or like figured that out and I believe they did. People want to pass laws to stop this freedom and they will fly the USA Flag..
so amazing how we are so stupid in common sense on so many levels.
"If passed,"
...two wee words that break strong men's hearts...
Oh, you cheeky pooch.
But it's true . . . The way legacy Republicans shrink away from passing meaningful legislation, you'd think it was kidney stones.
" The way legacy Republicans shrink away from passing meaningful legislation, you'd think it was kidney stones."
...absolute ironclad truth...
...steady as she goes Pilot...
Yep they WILL NOT pass anything that MAGA/ American people wants

His wealth? Soros uses Our taxpayer’s money.
Well, it's organized, and they are committing crimes.
So if it smells like a duck...

House or Senate, yes. P.S., I don't like picturing them as critters. Critters are cute. Maybe creatures would be more accurate?
lol, hadn’t thought about it that way.
Cuteness is in the eye of the beholder.
So is a stick with these people.

A bill? Why not an EO?
There has to be a law already on the books isnt there? Patriot act, Logan act, Smith Act all cover this if the protest are not peaceful.
No bill let’s push for the executive order, no more slow walking please….
Better make that stick on Alex. His daddy George is getting close to his final appointment.
I wager that he's been dead for a bit.
