A surprising number of supplements have shown literal extension of average lifespan, reduction of cancer rates and of cancer deaths, and other benefits that would be trumpeted as miraculous by Big Pharma IF they were from one of their patented artificial concoctions.
Also worth noting, cholesterol above 220 also provides protection against cancer. We've been lied to for years. The brain requires cholesterol, but instead we were sold and told that we needed Statins that block cholesterol to the brain . It was also said that below 200 you can be assured that you will probably develop some form of cancer, and what may be the cause of alzheimers.

Iβve jumped between ChatGPT and Grok trying to understand what is the essence of this video. The RDA, the recommended daily amount the gentle doctor is talking about has nothing to do with whatβs happening in the comments section that is full of testimonials of people taking 10.000 UI daily. The RDA is obviously not sufficient for higher latitudes, but this doesnβt mean we should all hurry and stuff ourselves with vitamin D. Iβve heard kidney stones hurt like hell.
It depends on your specific circumstances. I work outside so wonβt need as much as someone who rarely goes outside. I take just 1000 iu per day, during the winter I should probably take a little bit more.
Also I havenβt done the research yet but I believe vitamin k2 is good to take with D because it helps absorption into the body

We definitely have been lied to for years. Especially sunlight.

An anon here told me you have to take 4000
This is less than half of whatβs needed if I understood correctly what this doctor said:

Depending on where you live, right?
He says US and UK.
Living in Florida vs Washington is very different.

I am in the south now so I only take it during the winter months. I used to take a lot of it when I was in WA

Into the bones instead of the arteries.
Sumshine
It doesn't work in elderly people like me. I've tried. Instead, I take 25,000 IU per week. I'd like to take more but it's expensive.
xactly.
